Colony Distribution Inc. Return/Refund Policy

Colony Distribution Inc will replace any item purchased from our website, within 30 days of the order date, or during the Warranty period with the following stipulations.

  • Item size was ordered wrong (Example Work Boots)
  • The item is defective, or becomes defective during warranty period.

    • All merchandise must be returned in purchased condition, Colony Distribution Inc. has a replace only policy for merchandise.

    Customer may be subject for freight charges on products under certain conditions.

    All sales are final.

     

    Colony Distribution Inc. Shipping Policy

    If for any reason we cannot ship within 72 hours of purchase for orders placed, a full refund will be made to the customer, unless customer agrees in a written form to extend time limit.
